Objective To observe the influence of emotional flexibility training on sleep quality of college nursing students. Methods Ninety college nursing students were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. Nursing students in both groups performed regular internship but those in observation group received emotional flexibility training additionally. The change of nursing students ’ sleep quality was compared. Results In terms of hypnagogic time, sleep time, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency, subjective sleep quality, daytime dysfunction and the total score of sleep quality, students in observation group performed better than those in control group and the difference indicated statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion Emotional flexibility training is effective for improving nursing students ’ sleep quality during internship.%目的:观察情绪弹性训练对专科实习护生睡眠质量的影响。方法将专科实习护生随机分为对照组、观察组各45名,2组护生均进行常规实习,观察组在常规实习的基础上给予情绪弹性训练,考察干预前后2组护生睡眠质量的变化。结果干预2个月末,观察组较对照组护生在入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍和睡眠质量总分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在改善专科实习护生睡眠质量的作用上,情绪弹性训练干预优于对照组,此干预可应用于改善专科护生实习期间睡眠质量。
