糖尿病患者基于移动终端健康服务平台管理的效果观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨基于移动终端健康服务平台管理在糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取我院收治的糖尿病患者116例,2015年5—11月收治糖尿病患者58例为对照组,2015年12月—2016年5月收治糖尿病患者58例为观察组.患者出院后,对照组给予常规护理,观察组基于移动终端健康服务平台进行管理.观察比较2组糖尿病患者出院前及出院3个月时血糖达标情况、行为改变情况及健康教育满意度.结果 出院前2组糖尿病患者血糖达标情况及行为改变情况的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院3个月时观察组血糖达标情况、末梢血糖测量、药物服用、坚持运动、低糖饮食、心理调节、禁零食、体质量控制、个人健康评价、胰岛素注射行为改变情况优于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对糖尿病出院患者,运用移动终端健康服务平台管理,有助于控制患者血糖,改变不良行为,提高院外健康教育满意度.%Objective To assess the effectiveness of mobile-based follow-up platform on the health management of patients with diabetes. Methods Totally 58 patients with diabetes from May to November 2015 were enrolled as control group and 58 from December 2015 to May 2016 as observation group. Control group was given routine telephone follow-up and observation group the management through mobile-based follow-up. Patients ' blood glucose level, behavior change and satisfaction with health education before discharge and 3 months after discharge were compared. Results There was no significant difference between 2 groups regarding to blood glucose level and behavior change (P>0.05). The blood glucose, peripheral blood glucose measurement, medication, exercise, low sugar diet, psychological adjustment, no snacks, quality control, personal health assessment, insulin injection behavior change of observation group 3 months after discharge were improved better than those of control group (P<0.05). Patients in observation group were more satisfied with the health education (P<0.05). Conclusion Mobile-based follow-up platform can help to control patient's blood sugar, improve their behavior and their satisfaction with health education.
