Objective To investigate the status of occupational exposure and safety protection among community nurses. Methods A total of 119 nurses from 4 community health service centers and affiliated health service stations in Beijing Haidian District were investigated with a self - designed community nurse occupation exposure protection status questionnaire. Results Only 28. 57% community nurses were clear about the concept of standard precautions. The 3 lowest scores were padded gauze when breaking ampoule, blood collection operation for patients while wearing gloves, back to sets of syringe needles at work. There were 84. 03% community nurses had suffered sharp - injuries. Only 18. 49% nurses reported to the department of nosocomial infection management after the occurrence of sharp - injuries. Conclusion The community nursing administrators should pay attention to occupation exposure safety related training and strengthen the supervision to occupation exposure safety protective behavior of community nurses.%目的 凋查社区护士职业暴露情况及安全防护行为.方法 采用自行设计社区护士职业暴露防护现状调查问卷,对北京市海淀区4所社区卫生服务中心及下属卫生服务站的119名社区护士进行调查.结果 仅有28.57％的社区护士对标准预防概念很清楚；社区护士职业暴露安全防护行为中得分最低的3项是:掰安瓿时加垫纱布、为患者进行采血操作时鼓手套、工作中注射器针头回套；84.03％的社区护士曾发生过锐器伤,发生锐器伤后上报医院感染管理部门的只占18.49％.结论 社区护理管理者应重视对社区护士职业暴露安全防护相关培训,加强对社区护士职业暴露安全防护行为的监督.
