Objective To investigate the professional competence development of undergraduate nursing students in the period of early and mid - term clinical practice. Methods A total of 183 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire after they had practiced one and six month( s) .respectively. Results The scores of professional competence in six - month clinical practice were statistically higher than those in one month clinical practice( P < 0. 01 ) . The development of different dimensions of professional competence was unbalanced. Conclusion Clinical nursing educators should focus on the baccalaureate nursing students'competence of in the aspects of nursing process,health education,and individual care.%目的 调查本科护生实习初期和中期专业能力的发展现状.方法 采用自行设计的本科护生专业能力问卷,分别在本科护生进入临床实习后1个月末和6个月末对183名本科护生进行调查.结果 本科护生实习6个月末的专业能力较1个月末有所提高(P<0.01),但专业能力的不同维度之间发展不平衡.结论 临床护理教育者应关注本科护生运用护理程序、健康教育和个体照顾能力的培养.
