穴位按摩缓解或减少冠心病心绞痛发作的临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore the methods and effects of acupoint massage to alleviate or reduce angina attack. Methods A total of 72 hospitalized patients whn met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly with random number table. Two groups of patients received the routine core and treatment. In addition,the observation group received acupoint massage. Result The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Acupoint massage can alleviate or reduce angina attack in patients with coronary heart disease.%目的 探讨穴位按摩缓解或减少冠心病心绞痛发作的方法与效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将符合纳入标准的72例住院患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组35例.两组患者入院后均采用冠心病心绞痛的常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上对6个穴位实施按摩.结果 观察组缓解或减少冠心病心绞痛发作的疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 穴位按摩可以缓解或减少冠心病心绞痛的发作.
