Objective To discuss the methods and effects of diet suggesting cards in perioperative health education for patients with esophageal cancer. Methods According to the different stage of esophageal cancer patients diet needs in perioperative period, we made four kinds of detailed diet suggesting cards, which could be used for the total of 100 esophageal cancer operation patients in the January 2011 to June, purposeful and planned diet health education stage by stage. Results The patients'mastery degree of perioperative diet knowledge was 96.00% .while the patients'satisfaction degree of diet education was 97. 00% . Conclusion The use of diet suggesting cards improved the effects of health education and the satisfaction degree of nurses'health education obviously.%目的 探讨饮食提示卡在食管癌患者围手术期健康教育中的实施效果.方法 根据围手术期不同阶段食管癌患者的饮食需求,制订4种饮食提示卡,对2011年1月至6月100例食管癌手术患者进行有目的、有计划、分阶段的健康教育.结果 通过应用饮食提示卡对食管癌患者进行健康教育,患者饮食知识知晓度达到96.00％,对护士饮食健康教育满意度达到97.00％.结论 饮食提示卡的应用明显提高了患者对饮食知识的知晓率和对护士饮食健康教育的满意度.
