全面质量管理理念在骨科病区护理质量管理中的作用

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of the total quality control concept on nursing quality management in orthopedics wards. Methods The total quality control concept was applied in the whole progress and whole orientation of nursing quality management in orthopedics wards through establishing a nursing quality control group. Results Compared with before,the nursing quality and the satisfaction of patients were improved (P
