目的：评价协同护理模式对溃疡性结肠炎患者生活质量及住院次数的影响。方法将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采取协同护理。比较两组患者出院3个月后的生活质量和出院1年内平均住院次数。结果应用协同护理模式干预后，观察组患者生活质量各因子评分均高于对照组（P ﹤0.01），观察组患者1年内平均住院次数明显低于对照组（P ﹤0.01）。结论协同护理模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者，可提高患者的生活质量，降低住院次数。%Objective To evaluate the effects of collaborative care model on quality of life and the number of hospitalization in patients with ulcerative coli-tis. Method one hundred of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases). Pa-tients in the control group received traditional nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with cooperative nursing. The quality of life and the av-erage number of admission within one year in the two groups were compared at 3 months after discharge. Result After the collaborative care intervention,the pa-tients’ quality of life in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). The times of hospitalization in the observation group was signif-icantly lower than that of the control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Application of collaborative care model in patients with ulcerative colitis can significantly improve the quality of life,and reduce the frequency of hospitalization.
