家庭主要照顾者反应对髋关节置换术后康复治疗患者韧性的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the status of family caregiver reaction and toughness of patient receiving rehabilitation therapy after hip replacement, and to analyze their relationship. Methods A total of 286 patients receiving rehabilitation therapy after hip replacement were surveyed with caregiver reaction scale and Connor - Davidsen Resilience Scale. Results The Score of self - esteem was(3. 94 ± 0. 92),score of lack of family support was(3. 57 ± 0. 83), score of time being interrupted was(3. 24 ± 0. 71),score of health problem was(2. 75 ± 0. 61),score of economic problems was(2. 56 ± 0. 43),and score of toughness was(2. 51 ± 0. 62). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that family caregiver reaction could explain 22. 2% of the total variant of patients’ tough-ness. Conclusion Toughness of patients’receiving rehabilitation therapy after hip replacement is at a middle level,family caregiver reaction is a influencing fac-tor. Then it can be done to improve patients’ toughness level through improving their family caregiver reaction.%目的：了解髋关节置换术康复治疗患者照顾者反应和韧性现状，并探讨二者的关系。方法采用照顾者反应评估量表和中文版康纳戴维森韧性量表对286例髋关节置换术康复治疗患者进行问卷调查。结果髋关节置换术康复治疗患者自尊（3.94±0.92）分，家庭支持缺乏（3.57±0.83）分，时间安排受打扰（3.24±0.71）分，健康问题（2.75±0.61）分，经济问题（2.56±0.43）分；韧性总分（2.51±0.62）分；照顾者反应各维度可联合解释髋关节置换术康复治疗患者韧性总变异的22.2%。结论髋关节置换术康复治疗患者韧性处于中等水平，照顾者反应为其韧性的影响因素，可从照顾者反应入手来改善其韧性水平。
