Roy适应模式改善食管癌术后患者睡眠障碍的效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨Roy适应模式在食管癌术后患者睡眠障碍护理中的应用效果.方法 选择食管癌根治术后存在睡眠障碍的患者100例,按照入院时间分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施Roy适应模式护理干预,包括一级评估、二级评估、护理诊断、制订目标、实施护理措施、效果评价.结果 干预后,干预组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总分及睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、催眠药物及日间功能障碍维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论Roy适应模式可改善食管癌术后患者睡眠质量,对患者的疾病恢复具有很好的促进作用,值得在临床推广.%Objective To explore the effect of the Roy's Adaptation Model in sleep disorder of patients with esophageal cancer postop-erative.Methods One hundred esophageal cancer postoperative patients with sleep disorders were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the admission date.The control group performed usual nursing,while the experimental group received the Roy's Adaptation Model intervention,including primary assessment,secondary assessment,nursing diagnosis,setting goals,implementing nursing measures and effect evaluation.Results The experimental group had significant differences in the total scores,sleep quality,sleep disorder, hours of sleep,sleep efficiency,use of hypnotic agents,and daytime dysfunction with the control group after intervention (P < 0. 01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy's Adaptation Model can promote the sleep quality of esophageal cancer postoperative patients,and is helpful for recovery and the quality of life.
