Objective To explore and analyze the practice effect of the model of standardized convalesce nursing service management mode in sanatorium.Methods Through establishing the standard system of nursing service,standardizing the training mechanism of the nursing staff and standardizing the nursing service in the nursing quality management,the military sanatorium achieved the standardized management of the high quality nursing service.Results After the implementation of standardized convalesce nursing service management mode,patients’ satisfactory,the qualification rate of nursing care in the treatment area,the rate of health education compliance,the pass rate of nursing records,the qualification rate of nursing safety and quality,and the qualification rate of primary nursing were increased (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The establishment of standardized nursing service management model can help to orderly expand of nursing work,improve the overall quality of staff,reduce the turnover rate,and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.%目的 探讨疗养院标准化护理服务管理模式对持续提升护理质量的效果.方法 从建立护理服务标准制度、规范护理人员培训机制、落实疗养护理质量管理等方面规范疗养护理服务,实现军队疗养院优质护理服务的标准化管理.结果 疗养员满意度提高,在疗区管理合格率、健康教育达标率、护理文书合格率、护理安全质量合格率、责任制护理质量合格率等方面的护理质量均明显提高(P＜0.01).结论 标准化护理服务管理模式的建立有利于疗养工作的有序展开,提高人员整体素质,降低离职率,促使护理质量持续改进.
