腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨腧穴热敏化艾灸应用于压疮患者效果.方法 将80例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期脑卒中后出现压疮的患者分为观察组40例和对照组40例.对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施腧穴热敏化艾灸.结果 观察组压疮愈合评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);压疮治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 腧穴热敏化艾灸能有效改善局部血液循环,促进机体新陈代谢,利于脑卒中后压疮愈合.%Objective To discusse the effect of thermal chemical acupoints moxibustion on patients with pressure ulcers.Methods Totally,80 cases of patients with stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ pressure ulcers after stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group was given acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results Observation group pressure ulcers healed score was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The Acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the local blood circulation promoting metabolism of the body to pressure ulcer healing.
