Objective To establish the evaluation system of institutional c are service needs for disabled elderly people of combination of medical and health care.Methods The indicators of evaluation system were formulated on literature analysis and interview.Then,the indicators were determined by two rounds of Delphi consultation from 16 experts.Results Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire recovery rate were 100.00％,the expert's authority coefficient was 0.91,and the coordination coefficient were 0.260,0.464,0.311 (P＜0.05) in the second rounds respectively.The evaluation index system comprised 3 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 72 third-level indicators.Conclusion The needs evaluation index system of institutional care service is scientific and reliable,which can provide a theoretical reference for the formulation of specific long-term care service standards and the development of long-term care for the elderly.%目的 医养结合背景下构建失能老人机构照护服务需求的指标评价体系.方法 在文献分析和访谈法的基础上初步拟定评价指标体系,应用Delphi法对16名专家进行两轮咨询,构建失能老人机构照护服务需求的指标评价体系.结果 两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100.00％,专家权威系数为0.91,各级指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.260,0.464,0.311 (P＜0.05).构建的失能老人机构照护服务需求评价指标体系涵盖了3项一级指标、14项二级指标和72项三级指标.结论 失能老人机构照护服务需求评价指标体系的构建具有科学性,可信度高,为制订具体长期照护服务标准、发展老人长期照护事业提供理论参考.
