文章从普适性疼痛评估量表和危重症及老年痴呆患者等特异性疼痛评估量表两个角度归纳总结了目前多维度疼痛评估量表的主要研究进展.分别介绍了多维度疼痛评估量表的使用方法、信效度、适用人群.讨论了各量表使用过程中的优缺点以及注意事项.在此基础上,对疼痛评估研究前景进行了展望,以期为医护人员选择合适的量表对患者进行全面准确的疼痛评估提供参考.%The paper summarized the main research progress on the multidimensional scales of pain assessment from the universal pain assessment scale and the specific pain assessment scale.The paper introduced the using methods,reliability and applicable population of pain evaluation multidimensional scales.The paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each scale and the problems that need to be paid attention to.On the basis,the research of pain behavior evaluation was prospected in order to provide reference for medical staff to select the appropriate pain assessment scale to entirely and accurately.
