171 Tm的中子活化生产和离子交换色层分离

         

摘要

The possibility of neutron capture production of 171 Tm using natural erbium oxide as target material was investigated by irradiation in the middle hole of Xi’an pulsed reactor. The influence of isotope composition of erbium and amount of target material was investiga-ted.Ion-exchange chromatography method using Dowex50×8-400 and 2-hydroxyisobutyric acid (2-HIBA)was performed to separate Tm from the activated material.The influence of sample load,fluent pH,length of the resin bed and temperature on the separation was discussed.Experiment results show that,(1)the composition and the amount of the target material have little influence on the activated productivity of 171 Tm;(2)the sample load,the pH of fluent,the length of the resin bed and the temperature affect remarkably on the separation.The optimized separation condition isϕ1.4 cm×17.5 cm resin bed with 25 mg of Er3+ load,temperature higher than 25 ℃,and pH=4.00 and pH=4.05 as fluent pH of Yb3+ and Tm3+,separately.Under the optimized condition,the recovery of Tm is higher than 95%,and the decontamination factors of Tm3+ to Yb3+ and Er3+ are higher than 1 000.%利用西安脉冲堆中央垂直孔道作为中子源,研究了天然氧化铒用于171 Tm 生产的可行性,考察了靶样品组成和质量对中子活化生产率的影响;利用离子交换色层法,采用 Dowex50×8-400树脂作为分离介质,2-羟基异丁酸作为淋洗剂,研究了辐照产物中171 Tm 的分离条件,考察和优化了样品负载量、淋洗液酸度、树脂柱床高度以及温度等条件对分离效果的影响。实验结果显示:靶样品组成和质量对中子活化生产率影响不大,天然氧化铒可用于171 Tm 的生产;Er3+负载量、淋洗液酸度、树脂柱床高度以及温度等条件对 Yb3+、Tm3+和 Er3+分离效果都有较显著的影响;优化的离子交换色层分离条件为:Dowex50×8-400树脂,ϕ1.4 cm×17.5 cm离子交换树脂床,温度25℃以上,0.1 mol/L 2-羟基异丁酸为淋洗剂,Er3+负载量25 mg,Yb3+、Tm3+淋洗酸度分别为 pH=4.00和pH=4.05;优化分离方法可实现Tm3+回收率高于95%,Tm3+中Yb3+和Er3+的去污因子均高于1000。
