压铆力作为影响CFRP/Al复合构件铆接质量的重要参数,其大小往往根据经验给出,缺乏理论依据.文章针对CFRP/Al复合构件的无头铆钉压铆过程从理论建模和有限元模拟两方面研究了压铆力.首先建立CFRP/Al复合构件无头铆钉压铆的物理模型与条件假设,并将该压铆过程划分为6个阶段;其次针对铆钉和铆接件分阶段进行受力和变形分析,并采用主应力法建立压铆过程所需的压铆力的理论公式;最后采用ABAQUS有限元软件对压铆过程进行仿真分析,对压铆力的计算和仿真结果进行对比分析,表明求解压铆力的理论公式有效性良好.%Sections 1 through 5 of the full paper explain our mathmatical modeling mentioned in the title, where CFRP stands for "carbon fiber reinforced plastics" and Al stands for "aluminum alloys". We believe that our mathematical modeling is effective. The core of sections 1 through 5 consists of; (1) Fig. 1 in section 1 presents the physical model; section 2 divides the whole riveting process into six stages which are explained each in some detail; in each stage, the force and deformation of rivet are analyzed; (2) section 3 establishes the theoretical formula of the riveting force mathematically with slab method; (3) section 4 carries out the finite element simulation of the riveting process with ABAQUS; simulation results are presented in Figs. 9 and 10; (4) section 5 compares the results of the pressing force calculated with theoretical formula with those calculated with the FE simulation; the mathmatical model is proved effective by the comparison.
