一种新型多孔玻璃的制备及吸声性能研究

     

摘要

采用盐模烧结工艺制备多孔玻璃材料,研究了孔隙率、孔径大小、厚度和后空腔深度等因素对吸声性能的影响。结果表明,提高孔隙率和增加厚度都有利于提高材料的吸声性能;孔径不易过大和过小,存在最佳值;后空腔深度对薄板的影响显著,而对厚板的影响较小。制备了孔径为0�18 mm,孔隙率为77�8%,厚度为30 mm的多孔玻璃,测试时无后空腔深度,材料的平均吸声系数为0�8,吸声系数大于0�5的起始频率为488 Hz,吸声系数曲线为平坦的高吸声曲线,这种多孔玻璃具有卓越的吸声性能。%Porous glass material is prepared by burning glass powder and soluble salt. The effects of its porosity, pore diameter, thickness and cavity depth on sound absorption properties are experimentally studied. The study re-sults, given in Figs. 1 through 5, and their analysis show preliminarily that:the sound absorption properties of por-ous glass material are enhanced with its increasing thickness and porosity;its pore diameter should not be too large or too small and has its own optimal value;the effect of cavity depth of its thin panel on sound absorption properties is more significant than that of its thick panel. The porous glass sample whose pore diameter is around 0�18 mm, whose porosity ratio is 77�8% and whose thickness is 30 mm is prepared;it has no cavity depth during the experi-ment;its average sound absorption coefficient is 0�8;the porous glass material whose sound absorption coefficient curve is high and flat, whose sound absorption coefficient is more than 0�5 and whose initial frequency is 488 Hz has excellent sound absorption properties.
