资本转换与新生代农民工的城市融合

摘要

关于移民融合问题的既有研究普遍存在“主体缺失”的局限。基于对新生代农民工的访谈发现，经济资本、社会资本与文化资本之间的理性转换是他们在城市融合过程中的重要行动策略。他们通过教育投资、交往投资、印象管理等方式实现了三种资本之间的相互转换。这一转换过程推动了新生代农民工各种资本的数量增加与结构优化，丰富了他们城市生活的形式和内容，推动了他们的城市融合进程。不过，资本转换的策略行动对新生代农民工（移民）融合的回报效应并非一成不变的线性关系，而是受到制度安排、社会文化环境及其初始位置等因素的影响。%Current researches on integration of migrants paid little attention to the meaning of “agent”.Based on interviews with new generation of migrant rural workers ,this article finds that“Converting of Capitals”among economic capital ,social capital and cultural capital is the basic rational strategy for them ,in the ways of education investment ,social network investment ,impression management ,and so on .This rational action helps increase the number and optimize the structure of capitals ,which accelerates the progress of the integration of the new genera‐tion of migrant rural workers into cities ,while this effect is not constantly in linear relation ,but constricted by in‐stitution arrangement ,social environment and their initial position .
