政府推广与供应链组织对农户生物防治技术采纳行为的影响

摘要

Based on the data from a stratified random sampling survey of 357 kiwi fruit growers in Shaanxi province,using Multivariate Probit Model,this article analyses the factors affecting the farmers’biological control technology adoption behavior.It finds that the technologies of conservation BC and augmentative BC technology display a substitution effect.The householders’growing experience,education level and technological assessment have significant effect on the farmers’technology adoption behavior.The availability of technology tools is an im-portant factor which constrains farmers’technology adoption behavior of pest enemies releasing and biological pes-ticide.The government promotes the spread of biological control technology by technology demonstration,training and subsidies.However,the government’s technology demonstration and subsidy polices about biological pesticide are not enough.The supply chain organization has significant effect on farmers’technology adoption behavior. However,the modes of the supply chain organization have different effects on farmers’technology adoption behavior.%基于陕西省357户猕猴桃种植户随机分层抽样调研数据，运用 Multivariate probit 模型对农户采纳生物防治技术的行为决策及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现：农户对保护型生物防治技术与增强型生物防治技术的选择存在显著替代效应；户主种植经验、文化程度、技术评价对农户技术采纳行为具有重要影响；技术可得性是制约农户采纳人工释放天敌技术和生物农药技术的重要供给因素；政府通过科技示范、技术培训、财政补贴促进了生物防治技术推广，但在生物农药示范推广与财政补贴政策方面存在一定程度的空白；供应链组织显著影响农户的技术采纳行为，但不同供应链组织模式对农户技术采纳行为的影响存在差异性。
