欧洲一体化进程中的国家、地区关系以及地区民族主义的嬗变

摘要

The process of European integration has changed the traditional regional politics and sovereignty concept , the relationship between the countries and ethnic minorities at home , and also the requests ,goals and behaviors of minority movement . The pursuit of the traditional nationalism is to establish the independent country , w hich is no longer the first choice of regional nationalism movement within European framework . Their strategic demand has already changed into more space and better future for national development within political framework .%欧洲一体化进程改变了传统的地缘政治和主权观念，也改变了国内少数民族地区与国家的关系以及地区性少数民族运动的诉求、目标和行为方式。传统的民族主义所追求的独立建国目标，已经不再是欧盟框架内的地区性民族主义运动的首要选择。其战略诉求已经转向在既有的政治框架下，争取民族发展的最大空间和最佳未来。
