论社会转型与西北民族地区社会稳定

摘要

Beside traditional elements, the social stability in Northwest China shows apparent features of transformation.Breaking through the limitations of traditional hibitual logical thinking and taking social transformation as macro background, the article analyzes the variables influencing social stability in Northwest China, and opens an unique route to fully understand and thoroughly solve the problems concerning social stability.The starting points are the integrity, imbalance, herterogenicity, mutability, imitativeness and complexity of the social transformation in Northwest China.The value variables are core elements such as economy, ideology, religions and cultures.The fundamental routes are the people's livelihood, core values system of socialism, and ethnic cultures.All of these will enchance the social stability in Northwest China.%除传统的因素外,西北民族地区社会稳定具有鲜明的"转型"特点.突破传统惯性逻辑思维的狭隘限制,以社会转型为宏观背景,分析影响西北民族地区的社会稳定变量,为全面认识和根治社会稳定问题开辟了独特路径.以西北民族地区社会转型的整体性、非均衡性、异质性、突变性、模仿性、复杂性等特点为切入口,以经济、意识形态、宗教文化等核心"元素"为价值变量,以"民生""社会主义核心价值体系""民族文化"建设为根本路径,助推西北民族地区社会稳定.
