赤霞珠葡萄光合-光响应曲线拟合模型的比较分析

         

摘要

为探索光照对赤霞珠葡萄光合特性的影响及低光强区域的合理界定,分别用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型、指数方程和直角双曲线修正模型对葡萄光合-光响应曲线进行拟合,将结果与实测数据进行了对比分析,并利用光能利用效率的下降点来确定合理的低光强区域.此外,也对不同光合有效辐射条件下不同生理因子的变化特征及不同生理因子对葡萄叶片净光合速率的影响作了探讨.结果表明:直角双曲线修正模型拟合的结果与实测值符合程度较好;低于150 μmol·m-2·S-1为赤霞珠葡萄叶片所对应的低光强区域,并在该区域求得表观量子效率为0.037;净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别与光合有效辐射大体上呈正相关,而胞间CO2浓度与光合有效辐射呈负相关;气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率对净光合速率有着重要的影响作用.%In order to explore the influence of light on photosynthetic characteristics of Cabernet sauvignon and define the weak light region reasonably .the light-response curve of photosynthesis of the grape was fitted with rectangular hyperbola, non-rectangular hyperbola, indicial equation, and modified rectangular hyperbola model. The results were then compared with the measured data. Rational weak light region was determined by using descending point of light use efficiency on light response curve. In addition, changes of different physiological factors along with the increase of the photosynthetically active radiation (PSAR) and the influences of these factors on the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves were discussed. It was found that the result from modified rectangular hyperbola model was mostly closed to the measured data. The weak light region for the grape leaves,was below 150 μmol·m-2·s-1,and the apparent quantum efficiency corresponding to this region was 0. 037. Net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were roughly and positively correlated to PSAR,respectively,while the intercellular CO2 concentration was negatively correlated to PSAR. The stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate had important influence on the net photosynthetic rate.
