基于花粉粒扫描电镜特征的柴松分类地位研究

         

摘要

Morphological characteristics of the pollen grains of 6 Pinus species were examined and compared by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and statistical method. The mean values of pollen size of 6 species ranged from 48. 22 to 55. 05 μm, belonging to disaccate pollens. Transition was distinct between proximal face and the bladder. Germinal furrow formed clear striate between two bladders. Cluster analysis indicated that the P. Tabulaeformis f. Shekannesis Yao et Hsu could be a variety of P. Tabulae formis Carr. Based on the magnitude of grains in the corpus surface, the evolutional order in 6 Pinus species was P. Tabulaeformis Carr, P. Tabulaeformis var. Mukdensis Uyeki, P. Tabulae formis f. Shekannesis Yao et Hsu-→P. Massoniana Lamb→P. Henryi Mast.%通过扫描电镜观测了松属6个树种的花粉形态,运用数据统计和图片分析的方法对花粉形态进行对比研究.结果表明:松属6个树种的花粉大小变动范围为48.22~55.05 μm,均属于两气囊松型花粉;花粉体近极面与气囊过渡明显,形成帽沿;萌发沟位于花粉体远极面两气囊之间,呈现沟痕的形式.聚类分析结果显示柴松应被归为油松变种的范畴.根据花粉体表面纹饰和疣状颗粒的分布情况,松属6个树种进化演替规律是油松、黑皮油松、扫帚油松、柴松→马尾松→巴山松.
