树龄及性别对黄檗叶片内主要防御蛋白活力的影响

         

摘要

为研究黄檗树龄和性别与其组成抗性的关系,分别对2个树龄等级的黄檗雌、雄叶片内6种重要的防御蛋白PAL、PPO、CAT、POD、SOD和TI活性进行分析.结果表明,树龄及性别对6种蛋白的活性影响差异均显著(p<0.05).2个不同树龄的雌株PAL、PPO、CAT、POD和SOD的活性均显著高于雄株(p<0.01),而雌株TI的活性显著低于雄株(p<0.05);不同树龄之间PAL、PPO、CAT、POD、SOD和TI的活性差异均显著(p<0.05).说明黄檗树龄和性别对其防御蛋白有直接影响.%An experiment was conducted to analyze the activities of six primary defense proteins, PAL, PPO, CAT, POD, SOD and TI, in leaves of female and male Phellodendron amurense of different ages, aiming to study the relationship between tree age and gender of P. amurense and its constitutive resistance. Results showed that there were significant differences in activities of the six proteins between different tree ages or genders (p<0.05). The activities of PAL, PPO, CAT, POD and SOD in the female P. amurense of the two different ages were all significantly higher than those in the male (p<0.O1 ),but TI activity in the female was significantly lower than that in the male (p<0.05). Significant differences in the activities of PAL, PPO, CAT, POD, SOD and TI were observed between different ages (p<0.05). It is indicated that tree age and gender have a direct impact on the defense proteins of P. amurense.
