低温贮藏对俄罗斯杨种条生理指标及扦插成活率的影响

         

摘要

采用裸露和密封2种方式低温贮藏1年生俄罗斯杨种条,测定了其在造林前1年11月及造林当年全生长季各月份(4-10月)的生理指标,并调查了其在全生长季的扦插成活率.结果表明:随贮藏时间的延长,俄罗斯杨种条组织含水量呈降低趋势,相对电导率呈上升趋势,而脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白先上升后下降、可溶性糖先下降后上升;2种处理方式间的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖均不存在显著性差异,但组织含水量、相对电导率和扦插成活率却差异明显.说明植物组织含水量和相对电导率是影响俄罗斯杨种条扦插成活率的关键生理指标.当植物组织的相对电导率超过50%,或当相对电导率低于50%,植物组织含水量低于68.18%时,不适宜俄罗斯杨种条扦插造林.%One-year-old P. russkii cuttings, exposed to the environment or sealed with plastic film, were stored at low temperature condition. Physiological indexes of P. russkii cuttings were determined in November of the previous year before planting as well as the whole growing season of the current year ( from April to October), and the survival rate of the cuttings was investigated during the whole growing season. Results showed that, with the prolonged storage time, the tissue water content of P. russkii cuttings decreased, the relative conductivity increased, the contents of proline and soluble protein first increased and then decreased, and soluble sugar content first decreased and then increased. There were unobvious differences in contents of proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar between the two treatments, but the relative eonduetivity, tissue water content and survival rate of the cuttings had obvious differences. Water content of plant tissues and relative conductivity are the key physiological indexes affecting the survival rate of P. russkii cuttings. It is not suitable for afforestation with cuttings of P. russkii when the relative conductivity of plant tissues is higher than 50 percent, or when the relative conductivity is less than 50 percent, or the water content of plant tissues is lower than 68.18 percent.
