The correlations between red band reflectance, near-infrared band reflectance and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index ( NDVI) from the data FY-3 A/MERSI and Terra/MODIS were studied using statistical methods to realize the linkage of these two types of data. Results showed that there were highly significant correlations between red band reflectance, near-infrared band reflectance, and NDVI from the data of FY-3 A/MERSI and Terra/MODIS, and all the correlation coefficients exceeded 0.93. The difference between single band reflectance and NDVI from these two types of data varied with the land cover types. NDVI from FY-3 A/MERSI was smaller than that from Terra/MODIS. Moreover, the difference in daily average value of NDVI was bigger than that of red band reflectance and near-infrared band reflectance.%为了实现FY-3A/MERSI数据产品与Terra/MODIS数据产品的衔接,利用统计方法,对FY-3A/MERSI与Terra/MODIS的红光、近红外波段反射率和NDVI的相关性进行了分析.结果表明:FY-3A/MERSI和Terra/MODIS数据中红光、近红外波段反射率和NDVI值具有极显著的相关性,相关系数均超过0.93;在不同的土地覆盖类型中,FY-3A/MERSI与Terra/MODIS的单波段反射率和NDVI值不同,但FY-3A/MERSI计算的NDVI值均小于Terra/MODIS计算的NDVI值,并且NDVI平均值的日变化大于红光和近红外波段反射率平均值的日变化.
