尖突水龟虫雄性前足的结构

摘要

对尖突水龟虫(Hydrophilus Motschulsky)雄性个体前足进行了宏观及扫描电镜观察,对其宏观组成、结构及微观状态下各节表面光滑度、凹陷、别毛等典型结构进行了描述,通过对其前足的观察研究,探讨了前足的生物意义和现实意义,认为尖突水龟虫雄性个体前足称谓“抱握攀援足”更科学合理,此虫可能为某些由水生到陆生昆虫的中间过渡类型.%The forefeet of male large Hydrophilus acuminatus Motschulsky were observed by scanning electron microscope to study the macro-structure and micro-sections of each body segment, such as surface smoothness, pits and setae. The biological and practical significance of forefeet was revealed. Results show that it is much more reasonable to identify the forefeet of male large H. acuminatus as clasping-scansorial legs, and this insect is an intermediate form, which might evolve from aquatic place to terraneous one.
