成鸟的残留量大多高于幼鸟,羽毛中的Cd存在显著的年龄差异.4种组织中,肝脏和初级飞羽中残留量最高,胸肌中的残留量最低.%Residual quantities of trace elements, cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and chromium ( Cr), were measured in the four tissues of Tree Sparrow (Passer montanus) from three sites in Heilongjiang Province. The average residual quantities of the three trace metals in the four tissues of P. montanus from Didao mining area were the highest, followed by urban district of Jixi, and Fenghuang Mountain National Nature Reserve. Except for the insignificant difference in Cd and Cr levels in heart, significant differences in residual quantities of the three trace metals were observed among the three sites and the four tissues. The residual quantities of the trace elements in the adult were higher than those in the juvenile, and a significant difference in Cd residual quantity in feather was found between P. montanus of different ages. Among the four measured tissues, the highest residual quantity was generally found in feather or live, and the least residual quantity was detected in muscle.
