天津、黄骅地区西伯利亚白刺枝叶中氨基酸及矿物元素分析

         

摘要

对天津大港和黄骅港地区的西伯利亚白刺叶子和枝条中的18种氨基酸和8种矿物元素质量分数进行了测定,并对必需氨基酸以FAO/WHO氨基酸模式为评价标准进行营养分析,结果表明:所研究白刺的叶子和枝条中氨基酸和矿物元素种类齐全、质量分数丰富,有很高的营养价值,除脯氨酸外,叶子中各成分质量分数均高于枝条中的质量分数.氨基酸中以天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸质量分数最高,白刺叶片和枝条中的第一限制性氨基酸为亮氨酸或“蛋氨酸+胱氨酸”;两地区各叶片和枝每中矿物元素质量分数不同,但微量元素质量分数的总体规律相同,由大到小的顺序为:Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu.%A study was performed to determine the contents of 18 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of mineral elements in leaves and branches of Nitraria sibinca Pall, from Dagang and Huanghua Port in Tianjin. The nutritional values of essential amino acids were evaluated using FAO/WHO reference model for essential amino acid as an appraisal criterion. Results show that the leaves and branches of N. Sibinca are rich in all kinds of amino acids and mineral elements, which have a high nutritional value. Except proline, the contents of amino acids and mineral elements in the leaves are higher than those in the branches. The contents of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine and proline are highest. The first limiting essential amino acid was leucine or methionine+cystine. However, the contents of mineral elements are different in the leaves and branches of N. Sibinca in the two regions, but the general regularities of trace element contents are the same, namely Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in descending order.
