杨扇舟蛾对14种植物挥发物的EAG和行为反应

         

摘要

A study was conducted to test the electroantennographic (EAG) and behavioral responses of adults of Clostera ana-choreta Fabricius to 14 plant volatile compounds to find the alternative methods for monitoring and controlling of C. Ana-choreta. The adults exhibited very strong EAG responses (P<0. 01) to 1 mol/L leaf alcohol or 100-fold dilution of peppermint essential oil. The results of responsive behavior in Y-type olfactometer tests indicated the highest percentage (64 percent) of the C. Anachoreta adults attracted to 0. 1 mol/L leaf alcohol. The repellent effect of 0.1 mol/L a-pinene against the C. Anachoreta adults was most obvious, and the repellent rate reached 64 percent.%为了更好地利用植物挥发物对杨扇舟蛾(Clostera anachoreta Fabricius)进行监测和生物防治,分别测定了其成虫对14种植物挥发物的EAG和行为反应.EAG测定结果表明:1 mol/L的叶醇和稀释100倍的薄荷油均能引起杨扇舟蛾强烈的EAG反应(P<0.01).“Y”型嗅觉仪测定结果表明:10-1 mol/L的叶醇对杨扇舟蛾成虫的引诱率最大,达到64%;10-1 mol/L的α-蒎烯对杨扇舟蛾成虫的驱避率最大,达到64%.
