An experiment was conducted to analyze the trigonelline contents and accumulation in various organs of Trigonella cae-ruleain different growth phases by the ultrasonic extraction method and HPLC.The trigonelline contents in various organs of T.caerulea during development show significant difference and different variation laws.The total trigonelline content of T.caerulea has positive correlation with the growth phases.During development , the topmost levels of trigonelline are in the stem and fruit during the fruit riping.%采用超声波法提取不同生长阶段卢豆各部位中的胡芦巴碱,通过高效液相色谱法分析研究卢豆各部位中胡芦巴碱的质量分数变化和累积规律。结果表明,卢豆全株中胡芦巴碱的累积量与植物生长阶段呈现正相关,而不同生长阶段卢豆各器官中胡芦巴碱的累积量差异显著,以果实成熟期的茎和果中累积量为最大。
