The experiment was conducted to analyzed the high performance liquid chromatograms ( HPLC) of the secondary me-tabolites in seeds, roots, stems and leaves of Camptotheca acuminata.Twenty-four compounds were separated, five in the four organs, two in roots, stems and leaves, three in roots and stems, and two in seeds and stems.The contents are differ-ent in different organs.The similarity of chromatograms between seeds and stems is highest, and that betweenseeds and leaves is lowest.%对喜树种子、喜树幼苗根、茎和叶片次生代谢产物的高效液相图谱进行了分析比较,共检测出24种次生代谢产物:其中5种为种子、根、茎和叶片的共有成分,2种为根、茎和叶片的共有成分,3种为根和茎共有的,2种为种子和茎共有的;但这些成分在喜树各部位的相对值均不同。喜树幼苗茎的高效液相图谱与喜树种子的相似度最高,喜树种子和喜树幼苗叶片的相似度最小。
