Magma 纤维增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料的性能1)

         

摘要

考查了Magma纤维( MF)作为增强材料与高密度聚乙烯( HDPE)通过注塑方式加工制得MF/HDPE复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性以及微观形貌等性能特点,旨在为Magma纤维增强木塑复合材料的可行性进行初步探索。结果表明;随着Magma纤维用量的增加,MF/HDPE复合材料的拉伸模量、弯曲强度及弯曲模量均呈现一定的上升趋势,但拉伸强度略有下降;差示扫描量热分析以及热失重分析显示出MF/HDPE复合材料具有良好的热稳定性;通过扫描电子显微镜观察到MF/HDPE复合体系相容性较差。%High density polyethylene ( HDPE)-based composites with magma fiber ( MF) as reinforcing material were manufac-tured through injection molding.The mechanical properties, thermal stability, and microscopic morphology of MF/HDPE composites were investigated to demonstrate the feasibility of making wood-plastic composites with Magma fiber.The tensile modulus and bending properties of MF/HDPE composites increased with the increase of MF application content , while the tensile strength decreased slightly.By differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric , the MF/HDPE composites had good thermal stability.By scanning electron microscopy, the compatibility of the MF/HDPE composites is poor.
