For effectively and rationally utilizing the fast-growing eucalyptus wood and solving the formaldehyde pollution prob-lem, we used eucalyptus veneer and polypropylene (PP) film to make wood-plastic composites materials by hot-cold press-ing crafts.We analyzed the impacts of hot pressing process parameters of pressing temperature, pressing pressure, pressing time and the amount of plastics on the bonding strength of this composites materials systematically, and ascertained the best conditions of the pressing temperature of 180℃, the pressing pressure of 0.9 MPa, the pressing time of 420 s and PP films of 150 g/m2 .Under those condition, we tested the bonding strength of thermoplastic resin plywood again, and the physical and mechanical properties of the new type wood-plastic composites reached GB/T 9846.3-2004 standard plywood I without formaldehyde released.%为有效、合理地利用人工林速生材桉木,用塑料替代甲醛类胶黏剂,解决污染问题,以桉木单板和聚丙烯膜为原材料制备木塑复合材料,采用热—冷压制备工艺,分析了热压温度、压力及时间与塑料添加量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并确定了制备此类材料的最优工艺:热压温度180℃、热压压力0.9 MPa、热压时间420 s、塑料添加量150 g/m2;用该工艺制备的材料,物理力学性能达到或优于GB/T 9846.3—2004 I类胶合板标准。结果表明:用桉木单板和聚丙烯膜制备木塑复合材料是可行的,无游离甲醛释放。
