不同培育措施对浙江楠容器苗生长和根系形态的影响1)

         

摘要

采用正交试验设计,以1年生苗木的苗高、地径、干物质积累与分配及根系形态为测定指标,对浙江楠容器育苗适宜的基质配方、容器规格、缓释肥量和育苗密度等进行了试验研究。结果表明:容器规格对除地径外的其他性状均有显著或极显著影响,而缓释肥量对所有性状无显著影响;基质配方和育苗密度仅分别对苗高、根冠比有显著、极显著影响;主因素间的交互作用对叶片数和苗高有显著、极显著影响。各性状在组合处理间的差异分析及多重比较显示,10 cm×20 cm容器规格显著或极显著优于4.5 cm×10 cm容器规格。以苗高、总干物质量、叶面积和根长等4个性状指标为浙江楠容器苗培育措施的选择指标,结合生产与造林成本,可选用V(泥炭)∶V(蛭石)=6∶4的基质配方、10 cm×20 cm的容器规格、2.5 kg/m3的缓释肥量、100株/m2育苗密度的组合培育措施。%An experiment was conducted to use orthogonal design to study the substrate formula, container dimension, fertilizer amount and cultivation density for the container seedlings of Phoebe chekiangensis by means of height, diameter at ground level, dry matter accumulation and distribution, root morphology of one-year-old seedlings.The container dimension had significant or very significant effects on all characters except diameter at ground level.However, fertilizer amount had insignif-icant effects on all characters.Substrate formula and cultivation density only had significant effect on height and root/shoot ratio of seedlings, respectively.Interactions of the main factors had significant and very significant effects on leaf amount and height of seedlings, respectively.By multiple comparisons, 10 cm×20 cm container was significantly better than 4.5 cm×10 cm container.With the height, the amount of dry matter, the leaf area and the root length as selection indexes, the rank of dif-ferent cultivation measures were Treatment 2, Treatment 6, Treatment 4, Treatment 8 and other four treatments.Consider-ing the production and reforestation costs, the cultivation measures under substrate formula ( Vpeat ∶Vvermiculite of 6∶4) , 10 cm×20 cm container, 2.5 kg/m3 fertilizer and 100 plant/m2 cultivation density were the optimal combination for the seeding of P.chekiangensis.
