浅谈高校教学改革中学生档案管理工作机制创新

University File Management （UFM） plays an important part in College Education and job - hunting after graduation. As the vast development of College Education and the fast increasing of students, UFM needs innovation and improvement to meets the demands. Based on experiences of years of UFM, this article ex- pounds cle cart meaning of innovation, summarizes some problems and discusses means to tackle them. I hope this arti- make some help in UFM and make it serve better for the students.%高校学生档案在学校教学管理和毕业生就业方面发挥着重要作用，但随着高等教育的快速发展，大学生数量增多，高校学生档案的管理工作必须进行创新和发展，解决其中存在的问题和不足，以适应新时代发展需要。文章阐述了加强大学生档案管理工作的意义，以个人多年档案管理工作经验为基础，总结了一些面临的问题，并大胆提出改进与创新措施，希望进一步提高高校学生档案管理水平，更好地服务学校教学管理工作。
