脱硫塔内气固流场数值模拟-稠密颗粒动理学方法

         

摘要

采用大涡模拟和稠密颗粒动理学模型,建立脱硫塔内气固两相双流体模型。数值模拟获得脱硫塔内喷动流化的喷射区、环隙区和喷泉区内颗粒速度和浓度分布。模拟结果表明提高喷口速度有助于喷动床内稳定流化。%The gas and solid two-phase flow model in the desulfuriation tower was presented based on the LES and the dense kinetic theory of granular flow,the distribution of particles velocity and concentration in the three zones of spouted desulfuriation flow,spout,annulus and fountain were numerical studied.The results of simulation showed that the increase of nozzle velocity have contributed to the gas and solid flow behaviow in spouted desulfuriation tower.
