600 MW墙式切圆锅炉变配风方式数值实验研究

             

摘要

Flow,heat transfer,combustion,NO emission were studied through numerical simulation under dif-ferent combination modes of air distribution for a 600 MW unit wall type tangentially fired boiler with Fluent. Three kinds of conditions were compared through simulation results and field test data,The results show the ve-locity and temperature distribution of three kinds of working conditions are reasonable,uniform and have good fullness. The O2 ,CO,CO2 distribution of furnace have some differences,but basically meet the requirements. Considering the three kinds of working conditions of the simulation results of the furnace and the furnace exit, for the first work condition,degree burn is better and NO of the furnace exit is suitable,NO of the furnace exit can be reduced by SCR again,so the first work condition is more suitable for power plant operation. so the re-sults can provide some guidance for the better operation of Power plant.%通过Fluent软件,对某电厂一台600 MW超临界墙式切圆锅炉变配风方式炉内流动、传热、燃烧以及NO排放特性进行了数值模拟研究,通过模拟结果以及现场试验数据对三种工况进行了比较分析。结果表明:三种工况炉内速度场和温度场分布合理且均匀,充满度较好;炉内氧气、一氧化碳和二氧化碳浓度场有着一些差别,但是基本符合要求;综合考虑三种工况炉内和炉膛出口模拟结果,工况1燃尽程度好,NO的排放量合适,再通过SCR可以进一步降低氮氧化物的排放,工况1更适合做为电厂运行工况,所得结果可以为电厂的择优运行提供一定的依据。
