植物线虫分子检测方法的研究进展

摘要

植物线虫是农作物的重要病原物之一,对农林作物危害巨大,甚至可造成灾难性的损失.文章介绍了核酸分子杂交技术、基于PCR的检测技术、基因芯片检测技术的原理和特点及其在植物线虫检测方面的应用,为植物线虫快速准确检测提供方法.%Plant nematodes are major pathogens of crops, has great harm on agriculture and foresty and even can cause catastrophic damage. The theories and characteristics of detection methods, such as nucleic acid hybridization technique, and molecular detection technique based on PCR and gene chip technique were introduced. The application of these methods on plant nematode detection and identifica-tion were summarized. These methods are important to rapidly detect plant nematode.
