The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for determining the swine plasma concentration of lincomycin and gentamicin compound injection. The plasma samples were extracted by acetonitrile and trichloroacetic acid, purified by C18 Column of solid-phaseextractio (SPE), concentrated by Nitrogen, then detemined by diode array detector. The result showed that the linear response in the range of 0.5-50 μg·Ml-1 for lincomycin hydrochloride and in the range of 0.33-33 μg·Ml-1 for gentamicin sulfate were good, with correlation coefficients (R2) of 0.9994 and 0.9996, respectively; the RSD within-day and between-day were respective less than 5% and 8%, the recovery were 90.85% and 88.43%, and the limit of detection were 0.5 μg-Ml-1 and 0.33 μg·Ml-1 respective for lincomycin hydrochloride and gentamicin sulfate. So the method is suitable for determining plasma concentration.%建立了林可-庆大霉素复方注射液猪血浆药物浓度的高效液相色谱检测法,血浆样品用乙腈和三氯乙酸提取、C18固相萃取柱净化、氮气浓缩后,采用二极管阵列检测器检测.结果表明,盐酸林可霉素和硫酸庆大霉素分别在0.5~50 μg·mL-1和0.33~33 μg· mL-1范围内线性关系良好,R2分别为0.9994和0.9996;血浆样品日内日间分析精密度分别小于5%和8%;回收率分别为90.85%和88.43%;方法的最低检测限分别为0.5和0.33μg· mL-1,该方法适用于血药浓度检测.
