稻秆降解复合菌系的筛选及其生长特性的研究

     

摘要

A complex microbial system, named LZF-12, which could degrade rice straw was screened from oil of high cellulose content with rice straw as sole carbon source. Observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the micro flora of LZF-12 was complex and microbial morphology was diverse. The dominant species of complex microbial system LZF-12 was facultative anaerobes by analyzing change trends of growth curve and dissolved oxygen curve. The system had better buffer capacity to pH of the environment and its environmental pH change gave a similar tendency at the conditions of different initial pH. The system could decompose all the filter paper of flasks in 6 days when it was cultured at 35 ℃ under static condition, and rice straws were softened and basic organization was degraded obviously in 7 days.%以稻秆为碳源从富含纤维素的土壤中筛选出一组中温稻秆降解复合系,命名为LZF-12.电子显微镜和光学显微镜的观察结果表明,复合茵系LZF-12的茵群构成复杂,微生物形态各异,结合其生长曲线和溶解氧变化趋势分析,降解木质纤维素的LZF-12的优势茵群为兼性厌氧茵.复合系对环境pH的变化具有较强的缓冲调节能力,在不同初始pH的发酵环境其反应体系内的pH变化趋势相似.在35℃静置培养条件下,6d内即可将滤纸基本降解完全,7d左右稻秆明显软化,其基本组织明显被降解.
