用来自2个由CIMMYT亚热带群体和Reid种质代表系杂交构建的半外来群体中的40个选系与测验种测交,通过产量的杂种优势来分析改良效果,为这些半外来群体及其选系的继续改良和利用提供依据.结果表明,半外来群体(B73×Pob45)×B73选系与旅大红骨群和Lancaster测验种都有较大的杂种优势;(掖107×Pob69)×掖107选系主要与Lancaster群测验种有较大的杂种优势.两个半外来群体中都出现了一些产量杂种优势较好的选系.%The heterosis of some maize lines selected from two semi-exotic populations constructed with CIMMYT sub-tropical germplasm and temperate lines was tested to study their improvement effect and cross direction in high latitude area such as Heilongjiang, China. The lines selected from semi-exotic population (B73×Pob45)×B73 had higher heterosis when crossed with the lines in Lvdahonggu group and Lancaster group. The lines selected from semi-exotic population (Ye107 ×Pob69)×Ye107 had higher heterosis when crossed with the lines in Lancaster group only. Some good lines from both semi-exotic populations were identified.
