In this research, the study on the changes of macromolecular components in different periods of Chinese Holstein dairy cow mammary gland using classic histochemical methods, including PAS, oil red dyeing,ninhydrin-schiff dyeing, combined with biological microscopic image analysis. The results indicated that glucoproteins and proteoglycans were the major carbohydrate in puberty, early and mid-pregnancy and involution. Lactose was the most in late pregnancy and lactation. The main proteins were glucoproteins and proteoglycans in puberty, early pregnant and involuting mammary gland. Milk proteins were major in mid-and late pregnant and lactating mammary gland. The lipids of mammary gland was the triglyceride fatty tissue, which showed diverse state during different developmental stages.%文章采用PAS法、油红O染色法、茚三酮-Schiff法等经典组织化学方法,结合生物显微图像分析,对中国荷斯坦牛乳腺不同发育时期乳腺内大分子成分变化进行研究。结果表明,中国荷斯坦牛乳腺发育过程中,青春期、妊娠初中期和退化期乳腺中的糖类以糖蛋白和蛋白聚糖为主;妊娠晚期和泌乳期以乳糖为主。乳腺中的蛋白质以糖蛋白和蛋白聚糖为主;妊娠中晚期和泌乳期以乳蛋白为主。乳腺中的脂类主要为富含三酰甘油的脂肪组织,在不同发育时期呈现不同的生理状态。
