目的:编制孕妇孕期综合需求量表,用于评价二胎高龄妇女孕期需求状况.方法:基于马斯洛需求理论,采用回顾文献和德尔菲法,形成初始问卷.选取医院管理、护理管理、妇产科医学、妇产科护理、护理教育、护理科研6个领域的15名专家,收集其对问卷设计的建议,确定问卷的内容和结构.结果:通过两轮专家函询形成专家一致意见.两轮专家权威系数分别为0.79和0.80,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.282和0.290.初步形成包含7个维度 48个条目的量表.结论:运用Delphi法从需求理论角度编制的二胎高龄妇女孕期需求量表具有较高的可靠性,该量表可作为二胎高龄妇女孕期需求的评估工具.%Objective:This article describes the development of all-sided need scale, which is used to assess the demand status of women with advanced maternal age during their second pregnancies.Methods:Based on the Maslow''s hierarchy of need theory,the literature review and the Delphi method were adopted to form the initial questionnaire.Fifteen experts representing in six domains:hospital management, nursing management,gynecological and obstetrical medicine,gynecological and obstetrical nursing,nursing education and nursing research were invited to comment on the design of the questionnaire in order to determine the content and structure of the questionnaire.Results:The consensus was formed through two rounds of expert enquiries.In two rounds,the expert authority coefficients were 0.79 and 0.80 respectively.The two rounds of Kendall''s coefficient of concordance in the expert opinion were 0.282 and 0.290 separately.The initial scale consists of forty-six items in seven fields.Conclusion:The scale which was adapted from the perspective of the need has adequate reliability and can be used as a tool to assess the need of women with advanced age during their second pregnancies.
