摘要

To summarize the nursing key points of patients with bile leadage after cholecystectomy .The nursing intervertion includes :intensive observation ,doing well in psychological nursing ,mastering the basic nursing, nutritional supporting and the nursing of drainage tube ,all patients had recovered by hospital by effective care and nursing.%总结了7例胆囊切除术后并发胆瘘患者的护理。主要护理措施包括严密观察病情，做好心理护理，重视基础护理，营养支持及引流管的护理，经过合理的照顾及护理，均康复出院。
