蒙医治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of Mongolian medicine treating chronic gastritis. Methods:select 95 cases of chronic gastritis patients,randomly divided into Mongolian medicine the treatment group (46 cases)and western medicine control group(49 cases),control group given conventional Pure western medicine,Mongolian medicine treatment group in the control group used Mongolian medicine therapy,on the basis of three courses of treatment,the clinical curative effect of 2 groups were compared. Results:after the treatment,the treatment group patients with 38 cases were markedly effective,effective 6 cases,2 had no effect,total effective rate 97.82%,control group 16 cases had marked effect,14 cases,19 cases,total effective rate 67.35%,Mongolian medicine clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than western medicine control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Mongolian medicine treating chronic gastritis clinical effect is remarkable,safe and reliable,less adverse reaction,can significantly improve patients quality of life,is one of the effective method of treatment of chronic gastritis,worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察并探讨蒙医治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选取95例慢性胃炎患者，随机分为蒙医治疗组（46例）和西医对照组（49例），西医对照组给予常规单纯西医治疗，蒙医治疗组采用蒙医治疗，治疗3个疗程，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗结束后，蒙医治疗组痊愈26例，显效12例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率97.82％；西医对照组痊愈5例，显效10例，有效18例，无效16例，总有效率67.35％，蒙医治疗组临床效果显著优于西医对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：蒙医治疗慢性胃炎临床效果显著，安全可靠、不良反应少，能显著改善患者生活质量，是治疗慢性胃炎的有效方法之一，值得临床应用。
