目的：观察超声刀在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的临床应用效果。方法：回顾2012年5月～2013年11月于本院行胃癌根治术的112例患者，其中行常规手术的有61例，设为对照组，行超声刀治疗的有51例，设为观察组，对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术中淋巴结清扫数目、肛门排气时间、住院天数及术后并发症进行统计及比较。结果：观察组手术效果与对照组相比均P＜0.05。结论：超声刀在腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的临床应用效果优于常规手术，且术后并发症少，患者能够早日康复出院。%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect observation of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods: From May, 2012 to November, 2013, we selected 112 patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in our hospital. 61 patients were given conventional surgery, they were selected as control group. 51 patients were given ultrasonic scalpel surgery, they were selected as observation group. The operation time, amount of bleeding, number of lymph node dissection, flatus time, hospital stay and postoperative complications were collected and compared in two groups. Results: The effect in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is better than conventional surgery, the postoperative complications were less and patients could recover soon.
