海珠喘息定片中糖皮质激素检测及临床应用评价

摘要

目的：检测海珠喘息定片中是否含糖皮质激素，并对其在支气管哮喘中的临床应用进行评价。方法：采用薄层色谱法、四氮唑盐鉴别法进行检测。依据国家食品药品监督管理总局颁布的规范，对海珠喘息定片说明书进行综合分析，并评价其在支气管哮喘中的临床应用。结果：海珠喘息定片中未检测到糖皮质激素，但长期使用可出现耐受现象，增加不良反应的发生率，同时海珠喘息定片说明书存在部分缺项。结论：支气管哮喘患者不宜长期口服海珠喘息定片。%Objietive:Detection of glucocorticoid in Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets and to evaluate the clinical application in bronchial asthma. Methods:Detection of glucocorticoid by TLC and MTT.According to a specification issued by China Food and Drug Administration, the directions of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets was analyzed and to evaluate the clinical application in bronchial asthma. Results:Glucocorticoid was not detected in Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets,but long-term use can have tolerance,increase the incidence of adverse reaction,at the same time, the directions of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets are missing. Conclusions:Patients with bronchial asthma should not chronically use Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets.
