北柴胡与竹叶柴胡的粉末显微鉴定比较

摘要

Objective:To compare the microscopic characteristics between Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC. . Methods:The conventional method is to take a microscopic identification of powder. Results:There are a lot of vessel in these both of Bupleurum,but in Bupleurum chinense DC. there are more reticulate vessel and opposite to Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC. . Conclusion:The above microscopic characteristics can be regarded as the identification basis between Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum marginature Wall. ex DC.%目的：比较北柴胡与竹叶柴胡的粉末显微特征。方法：使用常规的粉末显微鉴别方法。结果：北柴胡和竹叶柴胡都含有大量导管，但北柴胡粉末中网纹导管较多，而竹叶柴胡中梯纹导管较多。结论：以上显微特征可作为北柴胡与竹叶柴胡的粉末显微鉴别依据。
