目的：观察内障清滴眼液治疗早期老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法：随机抽取我院2012年12月～2014年10月收治的老年性白内障患者94例（163眼），按随机双盲法分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者47例（80眼），给予各种维生素及口服复明片进行常规治疗；观察组患者47例（83眼），在对照组治疗的基础上给予患者局部内障清滴眼液进行治疗，两组疗程均为90d，治疗后对比两组疗效及不良反应。结果：观察组患者显效率及总有效率分别为48.78%（38眼）、89.74%（72眼），明显高于对照组的30.00%（24眼）、73.75%（59眼），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应情况相比，无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：采用复明片等常规治疗的基础上给予内障清滴眼液对老年性白内障进行治疗，临床疗效较好，不良反应较少，安全可靠，值得在临床上推广。%Objective:To study and explore the clinical effect of cataract clear eye drops in the treatment of patients with early senile cataract.Method:Treated in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 October, during the period of early senile cataract patients randomly selected 94 patients (163 eyes) as the object of study, randomly divided into observation group and control group 47cases, control group patients(80eyes), given the various vitamins and Fumingpian conventional therapy the patients in the observation group, 47cases (83eyes) of cataract patients, give a local cleaning eye drops for treatment based on the treatment in control group, two groups were treated for 90d, compare the curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups of patients after treatment.Result The patients in the observation group were markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 48.78% (38eyes),86.74%(72eyes),significantly higher than the control group 30%(24 eyes),73.75% (59eyes),there were statistically significant (P<0.05); the two groups of patients with adverse reactions were compared,no big difference, no unification statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion By giving Nei Zhang Qing eye drops on treatment of early senile cataract patients Fuming Tablet etc. based on routine treatment, good curative effect, and less adverse reactions, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
